Am glad to see Jack Bicer in Ahmedabad, India. He came on Feb. 28, 2009 and was
with us for 5 days. Primary reason is to meet Team and discuss innovative strategy
to execute New project - Mobile Asset Tracking Service. Septium / VIPSha awarded
New project - Mobile Asset Tracking Service – which will take about 9 Months. Our
end Customer is a leading developer, manufacturer and service provider in the mobile
asset management marketplace. They delivers a patented integrated system that takes
advantage of our expertise in wireless, GPS, and Internet technologies to provide
businesses with industry leading management of mobile assets. New Products and services
enables real-time control and remote location information needed to make quick informed
asset management decisions. Current Database size is more than 100 GB (Gigabytes
and not MB) and we talked what the best solutions to manage such a large Database.
We also talked about “Cloud Computing” and how we can implement for our customer.

Our another important discussion was on “Best Strategy For Outsourcing”. We talked
lot on it and me and Jack agreed that best thing for customer is to have hybrid
model – onsite management / offsite development. We also feel that best thing for
customer is to work on Monthly Basis rather than on Hourly. This will benefit to
Customers lot on a long run. We also agreed that Customer must have to have long
term plan in place to take maximum benefit of outsourcing business model.

Also, we talked about our New Product – Anti-Virus Software – “VIPSha Installer”
and how can we market it free to users. Most of the Virus Software eats up lot of
memory and ultimately slow downs computer. We have designed New Virus Software with
an Innovative Idea which may protect Computer for any known / unknown virus
without using Memory. When you starts computer, our Virus Program does necessary
action to protect your computer over the InterNet. Currently, this Product works
with XP only.

This was Jack’s very first visit to India and me and my team wanted to make sure
that he enjoys his stays and believe me, he enjoyed like anything. We thought
that we will take him to McDonald's, Pizza Hut, etc. but with surprise, he told
that he wants to have Indian Food and he enjoyed Vegetarian Indian Food for 5
Days. Yes, he enjoyed Vegetarian Food for 5 Days. During his visit, he loved
South Indian Food lot. Of course, he enjoyed Gujarati Food, North Indian Food,
Hand Made ice-cream, etc. too. He came with lot of Anti-biotic pills as per
Doctor’s recommendation but with surprise, he never ever required to take those
pills. Great Memorable Trip for Jack and for us too.
