Job Description:
· Create and implement a strategic plan to aggressively expand VIPSha's presence
in the United States.
· Develop and execute Strategic Sales Plan, Target Strategies and Account Assignment.
· Develop Executive Level Relationships with the Clients.
· Identify and develop Executive Level Relationships with the Clients.
· Develop and execute account strategies
· Manage multiple client relationships and engagements and constantly explore new
IT staffing opportunities within assigned account.
· Educate client managers on current service offerings and conduct sales
presentations when needed.
· Gather & Analyze business trends and competitor information to develop business
growth strategy
· Direct and Manage a team of Resource managers.
· Sales reporting and Forecasting
· Further, this person must prepare and conduct quarterly internal presentations to
ensure senior management alignment on plans and strategies.
· achieve/exceed team's revenue target by working with assigned team to sell IT
Consulting & Staffing solutions.
Requirement:
· 7 + years of major account /sales management experience in the US IT Staffing
Industry with a proven track record of quota attainment or equivalent experience.
· Be a Confident, Self-Starter with experience in selling staffing services in the
US geography.
· Should have prior experience in aggressively expanding company's presence in the US geography.
· Excellent leadership skills to hire, train, motivate, and build a successful sales team.
· Proven ability to lead by example and promote a friendly competitive environment.
· Strong experience in developing sales plans, including targeting strategies, quotas performance metrics, sales programs, and scripts.
· Excellent ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with other departments to accomplish sales objectives.
· Formal sales management training in the IT industry is a plus.
· Exceptional Communication, Time Management & Organizational skills.
· Dynamic, Positive and Attractive Personality with Professional Presence.
· Hunter approach to Business Development with a strong background in IT Staffing Services in the US geography.
· Have solid network of industry contacts of decision makers that can be offered value in the services of VIPSha.
· Should have experience in establishing and working with direct and channel partners.
