PPlease make sure that you have removed Administration Rights to VIPSha3 App. Please follow the following Settings:
Setting > Location and security > Select device administrators > VIPSha3 - Make sure that it's unchecked.
Now follow following: Setting > Application > Manage Applications > VIPSha3 > Uninstall.
Question 3. Am not getting email from track my phone App?
There are many reasons for the same. But first thing, you can look your Spam Folder. Then make sure that App is having Administration rights.
